I think that’s been one of the really strong points of having Education Associates come into the school, because the modelling they did in the classroom allowed a group of teachers to sit in the classroom, and see that happening, and discuss ideas. And that has also been powerful for having teachers see outcomes for students in the classroom, because that is the main aim of what professional learning should be about, is the student outcomes. And it’s too easy, I think, sometimes, to have professional learning that may make the teacher feel really good about something they have done, but is it having any effect in the classroom?
