Melanie:
I work with a group of facilitators on a regular basis. And we noticed that, generally – although we were learning about having learning conversations, and we were getting better at those, and giving feedback to teachers – that these conversations weren't having the impact that we wanted them to have and that they needed to have, either on the teaching and of course on the students. So, although teachers said, you know, they found them helpful when we asked, and they enjoyed the conversations, it wasn't really taking them to the place that they needed to go to really improve their teaching practice. So we knew that we needed to re-look at the way that we were conducting those conversations.
